2010 - Hampshire Heritage Cider

146 Cider (as Hampshire Heritage was originally named) was renamed 'Hampshire Heritage for its sale in 2011. Generally released at the beginning of June 2011 it ran out finally with the October 2011 festivals.

Using fruit exclusivelty from the Fruitwise orchards, it was a half western/half eastern style of cider. It finished at 6.7% (tested) ABV and was 'off' dry (i.e. not quite dry, but not really medium dry either).

Although not winning any awards during the year, Hampshire Heritage obtained 3rd place in the online rankings at the Great British Beer Festival (London).

Hampshire Heritage was made up of the following:

• Desert Fruit –52%
• Cider Fruit –39%
• Sharp (Culinary) Fruit –9%
